I have over 15 years of experience in: marketing operations, automation, quantitative & qualitative research, digital marketing, data analytics.

Be it because of luck or my good nature that I got opportunities to produce successful results for my employers and clients by analyzing data in supporting customer acquisition and retention, consumer engagement via digital channels and direct mail. 

It's not a secret that it's crucial to understand customers first in order to develop successful marketing strategies.  I have undertaken customer analytics projects for businesses and helped them be productive in their Social Media strategies.
